Danielle Dorman-Chapa, Owner / Corporate Director

Danielle fulfilled a life-long dream when she opened Mudpies & Lullabies. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995 and has worked in education since that time. Her experience includes everything from teaching high school students to working as a curriculum director for a well-known preschool franchise. Danielle and her husband J.J. have 4 children; Bailey, Kennedy, Ian & Liberty. During her free time, she enjoys yoga, having fun with her kids and keeping up with local politics.

Melissa Belanger, School Director (Melissa Campus)

Melissa has been a part of the Mudpie Team since day one. She has worked in early childhood education since 1998. She has taken child development classes at Collin County Community College and Cerro Coso Community College and holds a Childcare Administator Credential from ECMI (Early Childhood Management Institute). Melissa is married has beautiful daughter named Katy. When not at work, she enjoys watching Katy’s sporting events, scrapbooking and just hanging out with family.

Elizabeth Villegas, School Director (Anna Campus)

Elizabeth has been a part of the Mudpie Team since May of 2007. She began as a teacher in our Pre-K program. Currently, she continues to teach preschool and pre-k Spanish classes at our Anna location where she serves as our school director. Elizabeth has studied child development and program management and has a Childcare Administator Credential from ECMI (Early Childhood Management Institute). She is married and has 4 children, all whom have attended or currently attend Mudpies.

Alyssa Smith, Curriculum Coordinator

Alyssa has been a part of the Mudpie Team since February 2007. She started her career as a teacher in the Lil' Explorer's Class. Later, she studied child development and was awarded a CDA in Pre-school and Pre-K learning. She currently serves as a part of our management team at Mudpies. She is happily married to Joe and they do not have any children of their own yet.

Leslie Tomlinson, Office Assistant (Melissa Campus)

Leslie has been a part of the Mudpie team since December 2008. She is currently a student at Southeastern Oklahoma State. Leslie is happily married and has no children of her own yet.

Jennifer Curiel, Office Assistant (Anna Campus)

Jennifer has been a part of the Mudpie team since February 2011. She is currently studying Early Childhood Development at Collin College and TWU. Jennifer holds a Childcare Administator Credential from ECMI (Early Childhood Management Institute). She is married and has two children who attend Mudpies.
